- Pending Points
- Make a purchase - Points will be added to your account 14 working days after you have made a purchase
- Refer a friend - Points will be added to your account 14 working days after your friend makes their first purchase
- Points for all other rewards will be added to your account immediately
- Points cannot be redeemed/used on Subscriptions or products which are on offer
- Points Expiration - Your points will expire after 12 months if no purchase is made within the 12-month period after your last purchase and we cannot reinstate these.
- 15% discount codes – can only be used on orders over £50.
- 10% discount codes – can only be used on orders over £35.
- 5% discount codes – can only be used on orders over £25.
- Free Scoop - must have an item in your basket for this to work, you cannot use another GFC code with this. If another code is applied you will be charged for the scoop accordingly.
- How do I redeem my points? – Sign in to the website, scroll to the good fat club and scroll to the reward you wish to use, and this will generate a code for you to use at checkout (T&C's apply).
- Can points be backdated? – Unfortunately not. The points only come into play once you join the good fat club.
- My points haven't been added? – Once an order has been placed it takes 14 working days for the points to be added.
- Why can’t I see my points from my last order? – Please ensure you are logged in on the website when placing orders as the points will not be added unless you are logged in.
- How do I get my points for referring a friend? - Sign in to the website, scroll to the good fat club, click the refer a friend reward and this will generate a code for you to pass on to your friends. The points will be added 14 working days after your friend has placed their order using the code.
- Discount codes can’t be added to subscription orders as these products are already discounted.
