If you wish to return an order to us, please contact us via our contact form within 28 days of receiving your order. Please note we cannot accept returns for items which exceed this date or have been opened and used.

Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately not, all orders are online only.
How do I track my parcel?
Please log into your account where you will find your orders - the tracking link is within the details of your order. Your tracking will also have been emailed to you, please make sure to check your junk/ spam mailboxes.
Where do you deliver to?
Currently, we only deliver to the UK.
When will you start delivering to...?

My tracking says that my order has been delivered, but it hasn't
If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received this. Please check the tracking link to view the POD image and further tracking information. Please check with neighbours, any hidden places, wheelie bins and doorbell cam
How much is postage and package?
Standard Delivery. For orders over £50, you can enjoy free delivery. For orders over £25, the delivery charge is £4.50. For orders under £25 the delivery charge is £2.49. Express Delivery. For orders over £50, the delivery charge is £8.50. For orders
Why don't you offer a next day delivery day service?
We offer express delivery and you can usually expect your order within 1-2 days. Unfortunately, due to high demand, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver within 2-4 days if you have requested standard delivery. You should receive your order within 1-2 days if you've opted for express, please check your tracking details which will have been emailed to you when the order was dispatched
